It is 100% Chardonnay from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards, with approximately 70% from the Côte des Blancs and 30% from the Montagne de Reims. The 2013 release underwent malolactic fermentation, was tiraged under cork, aged for at least nine years on lees and is listed at 5.5 g/L dosage. Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2013 spent at least nine years on lees after tirage under cork and around twelve years in the house's cellars overall. Move to Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2013 for long-aged prestige Chardonnay and a more selective Grand/Premier Cru composition.
