If you signed up to the newsletter
You do not need an unsubscribe email or link to get off the list. Choose "Stop the newsletter" below and give the email address you signed up with. For everyone's privacy we give the same confirmation whether or not an address is on the list, and we never confirm whether a particular address is subscribed.
What happens next
Your request is stored privately in our internal queue and read by a person. We will acknowledge a complaint within 30 days, look into it appropriately and tell you the outcome. Some requests need us to be reasonably satisfied who you are before we act; we will only ask for what is genuinely necessary for that and nothing more.
