Our editorial choices are made independently of any commercial arrangement. This page describes how we work.
What we cover
We cover champagne — the wines of the Champagne appellation. We choose subjects based on reader interest, seasonal relevance and editorial merit.
Who writes it
Our pages are written and reviewed by the Champagne.co editorial team, working for Clientweb Limited. We do not publish personal bylines and we do not accept guest posts or paid placements in editorial pages.
Commercial links
Some links lead to retailers with whom we have an affiliate arrangement, and those links earn us a commission on qualifying purchases. Commercial sections are labelled as such before you reach the links, and commercial relationships do not determine whether a wine, producer or style is covered editorially.
Sources and facts
Producer and wine facts are checked against sources we record, and we prefer primary and trade‑body material. We write our own descriptions rather than reproducing producer or retailer marketing copy.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, tell us using the correction form on the page or our [contact page](/uk/contact). A person reviews every report, and we correct pages that are wrong.
