The presently published technical specification is 45% Meunier, 30% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir, with 30% reserve wine from a perpetual reserve, 8 g/L dosage and three years on lees. These figures describe the currently documented release rather than a permanent formula. Bleu Brut is the principal introduction, while Blanc de Blancs and Blanc de Noirs sharpen the focus by grape and Grand Cru sourcing. For a first bottle, Bleu Brut is the clearest introduction because it carries the house method without requiring a specialist or prestige release.
