The current non-vintage blend is 75% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Blanc and 5% Chardonnay. The latest technical sheet uses ten parcels, a base of 70% 2022 harvest plus 30% perpetual reserve, 90% stainless steel / 10% oak, 18–24 months on lees and Brut Nature dosage.
