Burtin Rosé

Rosé shows the Hommage à Gaston Burtin range through a strongly Meunier-led blend. The current release is composed of 73% Meunier, 16% Chardonnay and 11% Pinot Noir, with part of the Pinot Noir vinified as red wine to form the rosé style. The wine is built on a 2020 base with 20% solera reserve, then given at least three years of ageing before release. Dosage is 8 g/L.
