Chaudron Brut Grande Réserve is the core house blend, currently 36% Chardonnay, 29% Pinot Noir and 35% Meunier, with 25–30% reserve wine from the solera. The present release is dosed at 8 g/L.

The current Brut Grande Réserve includes 25–30% reserve wines from a solera about three years old. Brut Grande Réserve is the best first bottle because it shows the full three-grape blend and reserve-wine architecture.
