Oudiette
Les Gras d'Huile
Chardonnay from Beaunay and the clearest starting point for the estate's parcel-and-reserve philosophy.
Champagne DNA
- Sweetness
- Brut Nature (no dosage)
- Reserve wine
- Perpetual reserve
The current producer page describes a release based on the 2022 harvest with 17% perpetual reserve from 2015–2021, zero dosage, 3,325 bottles and disgorgement on 6 January 2026. Those figures belong specifically to that release. Les Gras d'Huile is a Chardonnay site in Beaunay. Les Gras d'Huile is a good example: the proportion of perpetual reserve changes materially between releases, so the wine cannot be reduced to one timeless blend specification. For a first bottle, Les Gras d'Huile is the most direct introduction to Oudiette because it combines a principal Beaunay Chardonnay parcel with the domaine's parcel-specific perpetual-reserve system.
