The principal Bouzy assemblage. Current editions XIX, XX and XXI are built mainly from the corresponding harvest with about 20% reserve wine, and current pages give 80% Pinot Noir / 20% Chardonnay. The wines spend ten months in barrel, around three years on lees and are dosed at approximately 2 g/L. The Roman numeral is essential because each edition is a separate release.
